Celeste, a four-year old hound, came to Gloucester Animal Control in February 2012 with her sister Libby. Celeste’s left back leg had been broken, which healed in a distorted way without medical intervention. A group of volunteers and medical professionals donated funds for the surgery. The surgery was remarkably successful, and Celeste is now in foster home awaiting a good home in DC. If you adopt Celeste, you can be put in touch with Libby’s adopted mom so the two can have play dates. Celeste is good with kids, cats, and other dogs. CONTACT: peggyb72 or jq819.
